Shelley has been a Broker in the Southwest Florida area for over 10 years and has always specialized in RV property sales and rentals. She is a mother of two (William 3 and Kate 1) and is married to Kieran Freshwater whom is a General Contractor on Marco Island and Naples and specializes in Custom home building and remodeling. Outside of family life and her real estate business, Shelley enjoys playing tennis and golf

Debby McKinnon Currently a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate for Pelican Lake Realty, Inc. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Debby has been in Real Estate for over 30 years and has specialized in both commercial and residential sales and leasing. Debby has enjoyed selling the sites in Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort for over 6 years. She enjoys the lifestyle at Pelican Lake and always has treats for all your special four legged friends. Her hobbies are exercising and playing golf.

Sandra Bridgett Currently a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate for Pelican Lake Realty, Inc. Originally from Manitoba, Cananda, Sandra has been in Real Estate for over 20 years and has specialized in Time-share sales and RV property sales. Sandra is Shelley’s mother and also has another daughter (Charleen) and four grandchildren and been married for over 44 years. Sandra has been a resident of Marco Island for almost 25 years and loves the Southwest Florida area, as she loves the water and golfing.
