Maintenance Dues
Property Owners Association dues are $865.00 per quarter. Dues are collected quarterly, in advance. Maintenance dues cover on-site management, water & sewer, trash pick-up, common liability insurance, site landscaping, automatic irrigation, clubhouse and amenity upkeep, lakes & fountains, and cable television. Property owners are responsible for site electric, telephone, and property tax.  A resale capital assessment of $2,500 is due at the time of purchase and is paid by the buyer.

Rental Program:

Pelican Lake Realty, Inc. advertises a rental program. Revenues are split 80% to owners and 20% to management.

Storage Facility:

Storage facility is available to owners and currently has a waiting list to enter.
